The Sullivan family · Summer on Winnipesaukee

We loved being so close to the lake and downtown Meredith. The kitchen had everything, the fire pit was great at night, and the whole place felt really well cared for.

Kate & Michael · Fall weekend

The kids loved it and we had plenty of room. Beach in the morning, dinner in Meredith, fire pit at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter on Lake Winnipesaukee

Winter at Brookhurst opens up an entirely different side of Lake Winnipesaukee. Guests have exclusive access across a private bridge and cleared path leading directly toward the lake — a rare, doorstep route for snowmobiles onto Winnipesaukee, with ice skating on the lake when conditions safely allow. Days on Gunstock, snow-covered shoreline views, and long evenings back at the house around the wood stove. Lake and ice conditions vary — always follow local safety guidance.
